With Hearts and Hounds, you can create a virtual treat box page and share it by placing a physical treat box outside your home. As neighbors pass by and pick up a snack for their pup, they’ll also have the chance to visit your page, learn about the shelters you support, and maybe even discover a dog who needs a home. It’s sidewalk kindness turned into shelter awareness.

What makes this special is that it doesn’t depend on one central organization. It depends on you. Anyone can build or buy a treat box, fill it with dog treats, and personalize it with a story and links to local shelters.
